Interests and Qualificaions:

My personal mission statement is “Life is Sacred”. I feel that my purpose is to recognize the Sacred in all of Life in order to make choices towards greater Life. I am passionate about helping others make choices towards greater Life within their own situations and abilities.

I am continually cultivating my spirituality and my relationship with the Divine. I have a B.A. in Religious Studies and am currently working on a Spiritual Direction Certificate from the University of St. Catherine. My given tradition is the ELCA Lutheran denomination of the Christian church although my chosen tradition is closer to a Pagan/Quaker. I have a passion for social justice and have journeyed through serious illness with my significant other.

I have been practicing Spiritual Direction for two years in the Twin Cities.
