What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is a chance for you to explore what is most meaningful and important to you. People choose to come to Direction for different reasons. You may be interested in Spiritual Direction if you would like a rest that allows you to reflect on the presence of the Divine. Maybe you would like an opportunity to become re-centered within the stream of life.

Direction is especially helpful as chance to explore and wrestle with choices and life situations which need careful thought. It can be a space to re-connect your spiritual self and your interaction with the world. You may want a companion on a path to a deeper and more intentional life.

Most of all our time together is a safe place for your deep self to be fully heard .

Structure:

Directors and Directees usually meet once a month for about an hour.

Fees:

I charge $40 per session. If you feel you are unable to pay this much, a sliding fee is available.

Meeting Space:

I am available to meet with people in an office in my home. I am located in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Meeting Time:

I am currently available for direction during evenings and weekends.

Other Opportunities:

I am available to provide Direction or leadership for retreats. I also create ritual for significant events. Please contact me if you are interested in any of these services.
